You can request to return items within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. You need to return the goods in the same condition as it was received by you in order to be eligible for a full refund.  It must be in the original packaging.

To return or exchange by post. Place your items with the invoice in the resealable mailing bog. Affix the pre-printed return address label to the front of your parcel and take it to Post Office.

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or colour and return to online shop within 14 days of delivery and we will send you the replacement item free of any additional delivery charges. We can only exchange an item for an alternative size or colour. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please contact Customer Care.

We do not offer free returns, except in special circumstances and when it clearly the website or marketing offer states "free returns".
